Can someone actually help with taking an online exam?

Hey folks, I am in a tight spot with an upcoming online exam and feeling overwhelmed. I've seen some sites and posts where you can ask someone to take my online exam, but I don't know how legit or safe that is. Has anyone here ever used something like that? Was it worth it, or did it cause more stress than it solved? I'd really appreciate honest feedback or warnings if you have any.
