Took a chance on a new BMW workshop and it paid off

I've had my M340i for a couple of years now and I absolutely love the car, but I've always been super particular about who touches it because I know these B58 engines are amazing when they're running right but can be temperamental if someone doesn't know what they're doing. I'd been taking it to the same place for a while and honestly the service was fine, nothing spectacular but nothing terrible either, until the last time when I felt like they rushed through the oil change and didn't properly reset the service indicator, which just left me with a bad taste. So I started asking around in some of the local BMW groups and a few people mentioned a workshop that I hadn't heard of before, saying they were really thorough and took the time to actually explain what they were doing. I decided to give them a shot for my brake fluid flush and a general inspection, and honestly I was so impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they were compared to my previous place. They noticed a small coolant weep that I hadn't even spotted and recommended addressing it before it became a bigger issue, which I really appreciated because it showed they were actually paying attention rather than just going through the motions. I feel like I finally found a trusted BMW workshop in Abu Dhabi that I can rely on for the long term, which is such a relief because these cars need proper care and it's hard to find people who genuinely understand them. Anyway just wanted to share a positive experience since we usually only hear horror stories on forums like this.
